This may not be the lowest of low-carb lunches, but it’s still better than a regular grilled cheese because I use Ezekiel 4:9 bread,which is low carb/high fiber (see nutrition label below).

The sandwich is cooked in Grass-fed butter over medium heat until golden brown.
Served alongside mixed greens with a balsamic vinaigrette for more fiber and veggie goodness.
