Okay, this was delicious. I’m newly-obsessed with the ready-to-bake sprouted whole grain pizza crust from Trader Joe’s. Last week I went with a traditional pepperoni, onion, green pepper combo; this week I upped the creativity a bit.
The crust is topped with basil pesto, shredded fontina cheese, and roughly chopped prosciutto. After baking on a pizza stone at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, I sprinkled on several handfuls of arugula and some generous pieces of pan-seared skirt steak. A new favorite for sure!
Cooking is serious business.
Just kidding! If it isn't fun, easy, and delicious, then what's the point? More and more families (including ours) are choosing a high fat/low carb & low sugar lifestyle for its numerous health and weight loss benefits. With a little creativity and planning, eating this way can be simple, delicious, and life-changing. I believe my grandchildren will be shocked by the amount of processed "food" and sugar we ate before their time. Join me in this eating and cooking revolution! From my kitchen to yours,
